Description
Guests?

Cook up a sweet sensation with a fabulous cup cake baking party which is great fun for all ages!

We supply each guest all they need to bake and decorate their own cupcakes. Each party guest receives an apron, stainless steel bowl, wooden spoon, mini-measure, silicone cupcakes and cake mix. Once the little chefs have mixed their cakes and spooned the mixture into their cupcake holders, pop them into the oven and now they turn their attention to decorating their cake boxes. Each guest will receive their own cake box, crayons, decorations and glue dots to be used to decorate the boxes. All that's now left to do is to decorate the cup cakes. The little chefs are each given their own individual bags of edible decorations (sugar strands and balls) and 2 tubes of icing writers.

THE PARTY NOW BECOMES THE PARTY BAG. Each guest will go home with a cotton drawstring party bag that will contain an apron, stainless steel mixing bowl, wooden spoon, mini measure, any leftover decorations and edible decorations and not to forget the decorated cup cakes in their special box.

OUR AIM IS TO SUPPLY A CREATIVE PARTY IDEA THAT KIDS WILL LOVE AND AFTER THE FUN - SOMETHING TO TAKE HOME TO TREASURE.

PARTY INSTRUCTIONS

Allergy Advice - The cake mix contains wheat and gluten. Cannot guarantee nut free.

1. We suggest that you set up the party table before any guests arrive, with each guest given a space at the table where they can prepare their cup cakes.

2. To protect against spills cover your party table with the pink table cover supplied.

3. Each place on the table should have:

. A Mixing Bowl

. A Wooden Spoon

. A packet of Cake Mix

. Two Silicone Heart Shaped Cup Cakes ? use a felt tip pen to put the initials of each guest under the cup cake so you know who they belong to

. The Mini-measure filled with 30ml water

. An Apron

. We also recommend a piece of kitchen towel for each guest

4. Preheat the oven to 190? Celsius. (These are guidelines only, all appliances vary. Not suitable for microwave cooking)

5. Ask guests to put on their apron.

6. The children should open the dry cake mixture into the bowl and add the water from their mini-measure. Using their wooden spoon, the guests mix the ingredients into as smooth a mixture as they can.

7. Once they have finished mixing they need to transfer the mixture from the mixing bowl to the cup cakes. Some of the guests may require help with this step. HINT ? don?t let the mixture go above the line indicator inside the cup cake. (Remember that the cup cakes need to have an identifier before they have been filled).

8. You now need to get the cup cakes into the preheated oven ? either have the guests bring their cup cakes to wherever the baking tray is or you could simply take them from the table.

9. The cakes need to be baked for 20 minutes.

10. While the cakes are baking and then cooling down, the guests decorate their cake boxes. Before this is done it is recommended that you give the table a quick clean. This would be an ideal time to have a party game or break for party food.

11. When cleaning up it is not necessary to worry about which mixing bowl etc. belongs to which guest. If you clean the bowls, spoons, etc. and put one of each into each party bag the guests will not know the difference!

12. Once the table has been cleaned you should lay out the contents required to decorate the boxes and the cakes, which are:

. A Cake Box

. Cake Box Decorations

. Icing Glitter Writers

. Edible Decorations.

13. Each guest will need to mark their cake box with an identifier, either by including it in part of their decoration or by simply writing their initials inside their box.

14. They can then use the decorations supplied to decorate the cake boxes.

15. By this time the cakes will likely have cooled and can be handed back to each guest. (There is no need to remove the cakes from the silicone cup cakes, as it will be easier for the guests to decorate and transport the cakes if they are still in the silicone cap cakes.)

16. Let the budding young chefs use the edible decorations and glitter writer provided and create their masterpiece!

17. Once they have finished the cakes can be put into the boxes and any remaining decorations can be added to their party bags.

Preparing the Party Bags

Before the party write a party guests name onto each party bag. There are many ways you could do this including having the party girl write each guests name and special message in the heart printed on the bag. This allows the party girl to feel she has contributed to the party preparation.

Each guest should leave the party with a Party Bag containing:

. A Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl

. A Wooden Mixing Spoon

. A Mini-measure

. An Apron

. Any left over decorations

. Anything you chose to add to the bag

In addition to the Party Bag each guest will also have their Decorated Cake Box containing their cakes and Silicone Cup Cakes.

We also included an Autograph Bear in the box. This is a small gift from Party In A Pink Box to the party girl, simply ask each of the guests to sign the bear during the party and she will have something that she can remember the party by for many years to come.
