We have worked hard to make this site easy for you to use and we hope we have achieved it. On this page we point out a few things that may not be obvious, but don't worry, there is no need to take notes!

PARTY THEMES

All our party themes on offer are shown down the left hand side of the site. Click on any one of these to understand the type of party offered by the theme. We will continuously update the list with fresh new ideas, but if there is a party idea you have but don't see it, let us know by selecting "Contact Us" as it may be a theme we have done in the past and can help with.

OPTIONS

Once you have decided on a party theme you will notice that a theme may have a number of options for you to select from. An example of a theme with an option is the Cool Cakes theme, where Option 1 allows the party guests to make their own cupcakes while Option 2 supplies gingerbread biscuits which guests are able to decorate.

Within the contents of an option you may notice the words "YOU CHOOSE" – this means that there is a customisation for that option which you will be asked to choose from later in the process.

Once you have decided on the option, select the number of party guests (don't forget the birthday girl!) and hit .

CUSTOMISATIONS

We could not restrict the number of choices available, so we decided to let you be the judge! So, for example, where you decided that it is a Plush Teddy Factory party you want to have, you need to decide the Plush to be used at the party. You are able to choose just one customisation or choose a few of each, as long as your selection does not add up to more than the number of party guests selected at the option stage.

ACCESSORIES

Following the customizations you will be presented with a number of Accessories for your party. When selecting an accessory there may be more than one style, and where this is the case you will find that be hitting the arrow on the accessory box you will find a list to select from. Once you have made your selection, indicate the number of the accessory you want and then when you have finished with all the accessories hit .

The Accessories include Party Ware, where we have recommended Party Ware that we believe will compliment your party theme. If there is nothing that you like within the recommendation you can select the Party Ware theme at the bottom of the party theme list on the left of your screen. By going in here you will find the full party ware range we stock.

CHECK OUT

For ease of reference you will always be able to see what is in your cart from anywhere on the site – it is situated on the right of the site. If there are items in your shopping cart, which you would like to remove, this is a very simple once you reach the check out, you simply need to hit and it is gone.
