We make every effort to ensure that you get your parcel in time to ensure the party is a magical one. One of the key things we strive for at Party In A Pink Box is convenience for you, however we realise that even with the best intentions we find ourselves fighting against the clock in order to get everything done on time. With this in mind, we thought it wise to walk through our Terms and Conditions with you so there is no dissapointment.

Availability

Goods are subject to availability, and while we sell from stock, there may be occassions when we are unable to supply your selection within the time frame needed. Where this is the case and you have already paid, you will receive a full refund

Pricing

We regularly check our prices on the website for accuracy, however errors may occur. Where a price has been incorrectly displayed on the website for a product you have ordered, we will endeavour to contact you to inform you of the error, if you accept the corrected price then the order will be processed, otherwise the order will be cancelled and if you have already made a payment it will be refunded in full.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the goods within 7 days of receipt. The goods must be returned in their original condition and original packaging. On receipt of the returned goods we will credit the card used for the original transaction. Should the goods be returned due to a fault with the goods we will reimburse the delivery cost of the return, otherwise the delivery charge will be for your account.

Please include proof of purchase and a short note as to why the goods have been returned.

Delivery

We hope that many of the parents shopping on the site are doing so far in advance of their childs party. Our Party Boxes include Party Invitations, and if these are to be used then the Party Box needs to be ordered up to a month before the party. We do however realise that not all things go according to plan and therefore delivery times are important.

We aim to get all orders placed with us delivered to your door within 4 working days. If you need it sooner than this please contact us through the site quoting your order number and we will endeavour to meet your request.

When placing an order, in order to process and confirm your order we collect the following information from you - your name, address, telephone number and Email address, credit/debit card number and expiry date. To personalise the party box we collect your daughters name and age.

Party in a Pink Box make use of Paypal and thus does not record or retain your credit/debit card information. Party in a Pink Box will use the personal information that you provide us for our own marketing purposes and to notify you about improvements and enhancements to our online shop. We would like to keep you informed about our products and services and notify you of special offers that we think may be of interest to you.
